Course level 1: Musical Note Fundamentals and Rhythm Exercises: - Introduction to musical notes (whole, half, quarter notes…) - Basic rhythm exercises using clapping and simple percussion instruments Course level 2: Introduction to Scales, Melodies, and Instrumentation: - Introducing the concept of scales and simple melodies -Understanding different musical instruments and their sounds Course level 3: Piano Fundamentals and Music Theory Essentials: - Introduction to the piano keyboard and basic finger exercises - Learning the names of the notes on the staff - Basic ear training exercises and identifying pitch - Introduction to basic music theory including time signatures and dynamics Course level 4: Music Composition, Styles, and Performance Techniques: -Introduction to basic music composition and song structure -Exploring different musical genres and styles - Introduction to basic singing techniques and vocal exercises - Introduction to percussion instruments and basic rhythm patterns Course level 5: Musical Forms, Harmony, and Music History: - Understanding musical forms such as ABA and theme and variations - Exploring the concept of harmony and basic chord structures - Introduction to basic music history and influential composers - Group discussion and presentation on a famous piece of music Course level 6: Music Technology and Conducting Fundamentals: -Introduction to basic music technology and recording techniques - Introduction to basic conducting patterns and techniques - Mini-project - Group performance of a simple piece of music.
